Our Mission
To spark vision.
To awaken leaders.
To supply tools.
To raise the standard.
The mission is bigger than a statement — it’s a movement built on discipline, execution, and legacy. It’s designed to break cycles and open doors, giving the next generation the confidence and ownership to write their own story.
This process is not just about learning — it’s about transformation. It’s about shifting mindsets, creating opportunities, and positioning leaders to thrive where others settle. The mission is to build something that outlasts us, something undeniable, unforgettable, and unshakable.
Always forward. Never back.

Founder Letter
I was built by Cincinnati. My life is a story of resilience, discipline, and finishing what I start. Growing up without my father in the house, I found structure at the Fleshman Boys Club. It gave me toughness, order, and a clear sense of how to carry myself as a man.
At the heart of that Boys Club was Mr. Layson — a leader, a disciplinarian, and a steady presence. He wasn’t just running a gym; he was shaping boys into men. For me, and for so many others, he filled a gap. His influence marked me for life.
Later, my father, Melvin Torrey, stepped back into my world and gave me guidance and perspective. Between the discipline of the Fleshman Boys Club, the leadership of Mr. Layson, and my father’s wisdom, I learned the importance of accountability and ownership.
But my path wasn’t straight. I made choices that landed me behind bars. Jail didn’t break me — it refined me. It sharpened my vision and gave me the fire to finish stronger than I started.
That is the fuel behind A1 Suppliers. We aren’t here for hype or empty promises. We’re here to build finishers. Youth don’t just need another program; they need a process they can walk daily — one that teaches accountability, ownership, creativity, and resilience, while giving them real tools to succeed.
This is the process I lived. This is the process I built. And this is the process I’m passing on.
Always forward. Never back.
