Our Mission
A/1 Suppliers exists to build disciplined, focused, forward-moving youth.
Our mission is to create a real Process—not a program—where young people ages 7–24 learn how to think clearly, act intentionally, and move with purpose. The Young Entrepreneurs Process (YEP) teaches daily discipline, personal responsibility, financial awareness, mindset training, and the foundations of success through clean, structured action.
We believe greatness is built through positive action, consistent learning, and choosing progress over stagnation. In our community, struggle is real—but so is potential. We’re here to give youth the tools, the structure, and the guidance to rise above distractions, develop holistic intelligence, and build a life rooted in discipline, identity, and forward momentum.
A/1 Suppliers partners with schools, churches, community centers, and families to create environments where young people can grow, stay focused, and unlock their full capabilities. Together, we’re building a generation that understands one truth:
Forward is life.
No dead days.
Every step counts.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a generation of disciplined, self-directed, future-focused youth who understand how to take ownership of their lives and move with purpose.
We see a world where every young person—regardless of their environment—has a clear Process that teaches them how to think, how to focus, and how to build a life rooted in identity, discipline, and confidence. Through the Young Entrepreneurs Process (YEP), we are creating a system that young people can use for decades, not days.
Our vision is to redefine youth development by replacing outdated programs with a modern, digital, structured Process that meets youth where they are and guides them forward with consistency and truth. We imagine classrooms, community centers, and households where discipline is normal, learning is expected, and positive action is a daily habit.
A/1 Suppliers is committed to building a national movement—expanding into schools, churches, and communities across the country—so youth have real tools, real pathways, and real leadership to help them rise.
Our vision is simple but powerful:
A youth generation that moves with discipline, thinks with clarity, acts with purpose, and lives forward—every single day.

We don’t run programs — we run processes that move youth forward. Every stage is designed to build discipline, unlock creativity, and strengthen confidence through action.
The Spark
Ages 7–10
Kids discover the power of their own ideas. We guide them to create their 'super business,' build confidence, and express creativity. The focus is on discipline, energy, and early wins that fuel their belief in what’s possible.
The Build
Ages 11–14
Youth begin shaping their first projects with structure. They learn branding basics, teamwork, and responsibility. This stage is about taking small ideas and building them into something real — with mentorship guiding every step.
The Grind
Ages 15–18
From pitching concepts to managing small ventures, teens learn consistency, problem-solving, and financial literacy. This stage is about hustle with intention — turning effort into results and sharping the grit required to keep moving forward.
